“Very nice home to host a family outing or corporate get-together. We took 5-6 of our management team out there to visit the lake nearby and do some other activities. Half the time we didn’t want to leave the house because of the beautiful view in the back yard or the very nice movie theater. Thanks for the stay!”

“Beautiful lake views! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay! I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the following... -In order to receive the code to open the door we had to pay a $450 deposit fee for any damages in the property (which is refundable!) OR pay a $79 non refundable fee. This was done through a third-party agency before being able to check in. - we were told there was pool maintenance scheduled the day of our arrival but the pool did not seem clean. -there were spider webbs throughout the exterior of the house around windows, patio furniture, trees and even old bee hives in the patio cushions. -quiet hours are no joke! Host will definitely message you if there is loud noise even if its INSIDE! -we were not able to use the grill during our stay. The knobs to turn on the gas were very flimsy. -one of the bedrooms had water dripping from the air vent in the ceiling. Host was responsive and sent maintenance team”

“We booked this Airbnb because we planned to use the pool, but when we arrived it was filthy, with debris on the bottom and had dead bugs throughout the water. The outside of the home had heavy cobwebs, bugs and a hornet's nest, and inside. We found lots gnats on the counters and in the bathrooms. There was also a large spider. The host did have the pool cleaned the next day, which we appreciated. However, we had planned to use it on our first day, and the rest of our vacation was already booked with other activities, so we never got to enjoy it. We attempted to use the pool in the evenings when we returned but it was too dark and there were a ton of insects and animals sounds in the back. The gnats throughout the house were never taken care of. Overall, we were disappointed that the property was not clean and ready for us when we arrived.”
