“Unfortunately this stay was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The home was not as represented in the listing and appeared poorly maintained. There was a broken window with exposed glass that was not properly sealed despite being described as repaired, and the host later confirmed the issue existed prior to our stay but disclosed it only after the cancellation window had passed. Cold air entered the home through the window during nights when temperatures dropped below 40°F. Inside the house there were multiple safety hazards including lifted carpet with exposed nails that I stepped on, sharp unfinished tile edges that cut our feet, and a shower that did not drain properly. The property also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including damaged cabinets, worn furniture, and general deterioration. The backyard, fencing, and pool area were poorly maintained. “We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The home had plenty of space for our group, and everything was thoughtfully set up to make it comfortable and easy to settle in. It felt well-organized and had everything we needed. The location was great—convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was also excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We only wish the weather had been better so we could fully enjoy the pool, but that just gives us a reason to come back! Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it.”
