“Excellent home to stay in while visiting Austin. Private nicely designed yard. Home was well decorated and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen was actually functional with real kitchen utensils, not the typical crappy selections from the Dollar Store I typically encounter. Beds are very comfortable. Host responded promptly.”

The unit was very clean and exactly as described and we really appreciated the 3 separate fans available in the unit since there isn't any AC. It also had all the amenities we could need and the host was very responsive. Would definitley stay here again.”

Close enough to Nashville that we made a day trip there- but the house and amenities, along with the peaceful area it is located at, made the time we spent there very enjoyable!! We had some issues getting in when we got there, but Chris was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to and during our trip. The location, the house, the amenities and the host will not disappoint!!”
