“Lovely home, and beautiful views in a quiet residential area. Dock is not available to rent, however LRH was rough when we were there and I’m glad there wasn’t a cleat to tie off of.”

“We chose this home because it was advertised as a premium property with premium amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several significant issues. The hot tub did not work for most of our stay despite repeated troubleshooting and was only repaired on our final day when maintenance was already there for a separate water leak. One bathroom became unusable because of that leak, and despite extensive back-and-forth with the host, we were never able to get the media room’s surround sound working as advertised. Much of our vacation was spent troubleshooting rather than relaxing. More concerning, it has now been two weeks since checkout and, despite almost daily communication, our packages delivered during our stay still have not been returned and our most recent messages have gone unanswered. Overall, the home did not provide the premium experience represented by the listing.”
