“Great place”

“Fabulous property, house, and amenities! It was a scorcher of a weekend with the highs being 104-105, however, the pool was refreshing, and the house stayed comfortably cool when you follow the house tips and utilized the portable cooling fan towers/ceiling fans. There was so much to do with all the games in the barn and the convertible pickleball/basketball court (which was shaded in the evening and also has a great light situation at dark). The inground trampoline was also fun for several in our group. The communication was spot on, and I appreciate the clear and accurate directions for everything. It was super clean upon arrival, and the clean up instructions were very simple and not over the top. We chose this property because it was centrally located for our family coming from different parts of Texas, and we only had a weekend to gather. One of the first things that was said was "next time, let's stay a week!" That's pretty cool when you aren't on a beach or in a big city.”

“We were only here as a quick weekend trip for a friend’s wedding. The location is as described and quite nice. The backyard had lots of birds, bunnies, and a rat snake all trying to escape the heat. We enjoyed eating meals at the table and watching the horses and wildlife. It served the need we had well and was cheaper than the almost booked up hotels in Amarillo and Plainview. With four kids in tow, having a house to ourselves with a washer and dryer was very convenient. The only negative was the cleanliness aspect. The dishes were dirty, dirty pan in the oven without any dish soap or rags to clean it with, pet odor is pretty strong, lots of dead crickets on the carpets. Nothing too crazy, but enough to have to drop one star. All in all, we had a nice stay.”
