“Overall, the place is great. Great amenities, clean space, real close to beach, and a safe space to be in. However, I had a few things that were greatly inconvenient. Had a difficult time due to side gate being locked during entire stay. Parking was difficult as parking was directly adjecent to an active street. Also hated having to pickup keys from home office and having to drop off. Also didnt enjoy having to sign physical occupancy agreement and having to go back and forth to pick up and drop off keys. Digital lock and electronic agreement would have been great. Also brought my charcoal grill to cookout only to find out that its not allowed, per the physical agreement i had to sign after the fact.”
