“Great place to stay and we had great time”

“Our stay from June 13 to June 16 was significantly impacted by several major issues that made the property very different from what was advertised. The most serious issue was that the property had no running water for approximately the first 24 hours of our stay. During that time we were unable to shower, brush our teeth, wash our hands, use the toilets properly, cook, or perform basic hygiene tasks. This wasted a day. We also discovered a significant cockroach infestation. Dozens of roaches were present in kitchen drawers and bedrooms, and they were regularly coming out while we were preparing and cooking food. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi that were advertised as amenities were not operational and appeared not to have been properly maintained or cleaned. We also noticed stains on most of the beds. The host did not come to fix any issues other than the water after we threatened to leave the property. I would not recommend anyone book this property or with vacasa in the future”

“Don’t get me wrong, the home is beautiful. The downsides during our stay were that the pool was dirty. The hot tub was only filled halfway. The kitchen sink and upstairs sink had almost nonexistent water pressure. The trash receptacle outside still had trash in it and was full of maggots. And the beds were all rock hard. Safe to say no one got a good nights sleep. Like I said the home is very nice and looks beautiful but these downsides wouldn’t make me want to stay here again.”

“Already reported issues. Biggest issue was the lock and key. Had to call help desk when kids were standing in the middle of the day of the sun and almost missed the show. Lock and key was show stopper and the garage keyboard was missing battery. Cleaning soap and sponges were not present at all.”
