“Pros: Great location for a quick drive to restaurants, coffee, shops. The home itself is new and lovely. The furniture and style are modern and comfortable. The built in bunkbeds are great for kids. We liked that the first floor bedroom could be its own lockable unit with a mini fridge and bathroom. It was clean and felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach via the access road a block away. Outdoor shower with warm water. Cons: Checkout is at 10am and you get a reminder text at 7am. Felt too rushed. Missing the personal touches from the Airbnb hosts I am used to since a company runs it. No snacks and minimal toiletries.”

“The inside is clean and has the accommodations shown in the listing. If you get rained in or plan to spend a little time at the house rather than being constantly out and about, it's not that great. The outdoor areas are not shielded from the rain or the scorching sun. The privacy fences and two story homes block the wind from the sea, so the outside area becomes a sauna on hot days. The primary bed mattress caves in at the center due to being too soft, so two people sleeping will fall together in the middle throughout the night. There are a total of two beds and two bunk beds. The bunk beds are located in the master and in a tiny closet that fits nothing more than a single bunk. It's not a standalone house. It's two story and someone appeared to be in the upstairs area during our stay. We'll look elsewhere next time.”

“I rented this house for a wedding with friends and my children. The home was cute, but the experience was frustrating. We arrived around 6 PM and discovered there were no bath towels, hand towels, or kitchen towels. I immediately contacted management and was told they would reach out to the local property manager. By 11 PM, we still had no response or towels. With most stores closed, I had to spend $70 at CVS on beach towels just so we could shower. The next day, housekeeping finally brought towels, but there was no apology or offer of reimbursement ( I did end up requesting reimbursement thru airbnb) The home also had very limited supplies—no oil, salt, pepper, only one trash bag and one dish pod. Bring your own essentials and don’t assume the property has been properly checked before arrival. I am in this same field of managing vacation rentals and had I not responded to a guest for 12 hours I would have probably been fired. The customer service lacked and the home was unequipped.”

“Very peaceful laid back! Needs a good clean. Lot of human hair dog hair and dusty. But still enjoyed our satay and would come back!”

“Basement smells like smoke, locks didn’t work, mold on window sills, cockroaches found on each floor, mattress are cheap, second floor shower floor is not stable, stairs up to roof are pulling away from building, all porch railings are not sturdy. We called for assistance with locks to get in and we were never assisted. House had to stay unlocked all week. Elevator broke down after 2 days. Coffee machine was broken. Location is great, pool is great, views are good. AC works well.”
