“Clean place, easy access, clear instructions. Only issue was the washing machine. When we went to unload the washing machine and a lot of paper/debris came out with the clothes. The machine did not drain then spin clothes, unable to put soaking wet beach towels and clothes in dryer. Had to go to laundry mat to rewash and dry the laundry. A major inconvenience. Other than that everything was ok!”

“First of all- location was wonderful! We wanted a place that felt private and had views of nature, and this place was perfect for that. There’s a nature preserve nearby that is an easy walk to get to- although it’s not directly accessible from behind (which would have been nice). My husband enjoyed running out there in the mornings. We loved sitting out on the deck and observing the birds and nature surroundings. Overall the house was clean and had plenty of pots and pans, cooking oil, and appliances like a toaster, microwave, and things we didn’t expect like a waffle maker and crockpot. Some things that would have made this a 5 star rating would have been beach chairs and an umbrella (we didn’t have space to pack ours), toys, and functional pool toys (what was there was broken). The beach is a short drive away and you can park on it, so a wagon isn’t necessary. My kids loved the game room, and spent a lot of time down there and also at the pool (4 ft- perfect for them). Great place!”

“I have never written a bad review in all the years I have used Airbnb. But for the amount we paid for each night I feel like we should not have had the issues we did. First off the check in time is so late - 4 and the check out time is so early - 10am. The floors were so filthy, the bottom of my feet were black after a few minutes of walking around. There were roaches throughout the kitchen that I kept having to kill, hair on the pillows, stained couch, broken closet doors, and a mattress that clearly too large for the bed frame so my feet hang off the edge of the bed. The pool also is in dire need of cleaning. Having senior citizens with me, a toddler, and a mentally challenged senior aunt the lack of maintenance made our stay extremely difficult.”
