“I have to start off by saying the host was amazing! Always very great with communicating and very nice! The house is in a nice neighborhood but it could use quite a bit of maintenance. The pool has unsafe stone walkway (one wobbles really bad next to the pool) the pool has quite a lot of tiles missing and parts felt like it was crumbling on the bottom. The house is in a very nice neighborhood but the house itself could use quite a bit of neglected Maintence to the inside and outside. It’s a gorgeous house overall and very spacious but I wouldn’t say worth the price with the shape it is in. There are some towels provided like the listing says but very minimal and not full bath size. (the biggest barely went around my skinny toddler) The rules say there is very expensive stuff but the tvs don’t work, couches are very uncomfortable as well as the beds and the only things I’d say would be considered more expensive would be the owners artwork she has all over (which is gorgeous)”
