“Disappointing stay — cleanliness, pests, security, and appliances Cleanliness The home was not clean upon arrival. The floors left black residue on our socks, and the walls, baseboards, window sills, and door trim were visibly grimy with spots, scuffs, and stains. Pests We found small roaches in the trash can and on the kitchen table. Management said the home had recently been treated and suggested using bug spray under the sink, which we did not feel comfortable using in the living areas. Security There were several security concerns. The windows had no functioning locks, and the back gate would not lock. While the front door did lock, it appeared damaged, as if it had previously been forced open. Appliances The dryer did not work during our stay. Although we were told a technician had been sent, the issue persisted and the machine displayed a different error code when we tried again. Overall, the stay was not up to normal Airbnb standards.”
