“Spacious house with beautiful front-row lake views. Loved that every room had its own bathroom and both decks were great—our family had a blast swinging on the rope from the lake deck. The pool room was a nice plus for the adults! Highly recommend.”

“The property was in very poor condition. Our children are afraid to go outside because there were many cobwebs, insects, and wasps around the house, which made the area feel unsafe. The pool was unusable because it had not been cleaned. Natalie informed us that a cleaner would be sent, but no one arrived. The arcade games, basketball equipment, and other play areas were broken. Some stair steps were also damage and appeared unsafe. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and not worth the money.”

“The dishwasher was broken and no one came out to fix it. I messaged the host around 6pm the day we checked in and didn't get a response until the morning when I followed up, and despite the host saying someone would come by, no one ever showed up. I also was surprised when I got a waiver to sign a few days before check-in that included things like sending the host photos of all existing damage within 2 hours of check-in, which I did (never got an acknowledgment). It also said that we were not allowed to set the AC below 70 degrees, which was not a problem for us, but I know it might be for some people. Overall we had a great weekend and the house was clean and comfortable, but I wasn't thrilled to sign additional waivers through a third party (not Airbnb). We were only there for two nights but it would have been great to have a dishwasher.”
