Stay Texas's guest rating in New Braunfels, Texas of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The property was beautiful and the location was great, but our first night was miserable because the AC wasn’t working. Communication was extremely frustrating. It felt like I was dealing with an AI that couldn’t understand my concerns. Someone eventually called, but despite offering alternative accommodations, they couldn’t provide any. We had to spend the entire night in the heat. The AC was fixed the next day, and the woman who came to check it was very kind. However, I was initially offered only a 35% refund, later increased to 50%, which I still found unreasonable considering the circumstances. It’s unfortunate because the property itself was lovely, but this experience put a huge damper on our stay. Maintenance issues happen, but how they’re handled matters just as much. Guests shouldn’t have to fight to be heard or fairly compensated.”
