“Great location rephased we loved the location . The unit we where in, the room with the double beds one of the mattress needs to be updated . Other than that us and the kids enjoyed the syat.”

“The house itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and there were plenty of towels for our group. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The biggest concern was the large number of fleas in the yard. Within minutes of taking our puppy outside, we found multiple fleas on her and ultimately had to keep her off the grass for the remainder of the trip. We were also disappointed that propane for the BBQ was not provided and that the grill’s igniter did not work. Additionally, basic supplies such as salt, pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods were very limited for a home that accommodates larger groups. Overall, the home itself was nice, but for the price, we expected better maintenance of the outdoor areas and a more adequate supply of basic household essentials.”

“My husband, myself and our 5 yr old daughter spent 3 nights. Beautiful surroundings did not disappoint. We enjoyed the balcony nestled amongst the trees. The place was clean. The river was too cold to swim but we got in to our knees. We floated the warmer Comal river on another day in downtown New Braunfels. Two things that I'd recommend for this place is a King bed in the master bedroom and a kettle in the kitchen for us hot tea drinkers. 9 out of 10.”
