“Everything was fantastic. Booking, communication, entry, departure. Lake home was were very clean and inviting. We have stayed there multiple times in the past and this place will continue to be our "first pick" next year as well.”

“The cabin I checked into seemed nice first walking in, but upon further inspection, there was black MOLD on all of the air vents. The bathroom sink had a water leak. So, we were moved into a different cabin. This cabin also had black mold on the air vents! The shower was awful, you had to stand right under the shower head to get water on you, which took twice as long due to the poor (or should I say, lack thereof) shower pressure. Toilet was tricky, it wouldn’t always flush properly. Highly disappointing, and unsafe conditions. Told the front desk as we were checking out, and she apologized for the inconvenience and said that they will check all of the cabins before the season picks up. So are we not maintaining cabins “off season” to the point there’s black mold? Never going back, awful experience. The security guy that was there was extremely kind though. Helped us check in after hours.”
