“Our family of 6 (5 adults and a 20 month old) had plenty of room to be comfortable in this home, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We drove to one of the 4 Disney parks or Disney Springs every day, and the drives were around 20 minutes with little traffic. The laundry was very helpful to cut down on our packing. The house was clean and had plenty of towels (don't forget to pack your own washcloths). It was also nice to be able to park in the garage on the night it was raining. Communication was clear and always faster than I expected. We would definitely stay here again for a future Disney trip.”

“We had a great time staying here- the house was very nice, had a lot of ammenities in the community and the private pool was nice to have! The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner! The community was very very busy- wait times to get into the community were sometimes astronomical.”

“Everything was great my only complaint would be the trash outside wasn't empty and it drew a lot of flies which got into the game room but overall this was a great stay and I would definitely do it again”

“The neighborhood is so strict that they even controlled the laugh of our kids at 4pm. We couldn’t enjoy the pool area because every 30 min there was a complaint about noise and we didn’t even had the music half volume. They are way to strict.”

“We stayed here as a family of 5. 3 children and 2 adults. From the beginning the wifi and smart tvs did not work. They wouldn't work no matter how much we trouble shot them. We immediately notified the host who was slow with responding and provided no updates except that their team would fix it however they never did. We also woke up on day 2 and the pool had completely drained overnight. That took a total of 2 days to fix. We had no access to the pool until day 4 out of 7. Then we had no hot water. Notified the host, we were told the issue would be fixed, it wasn't. The water was only like warm from that point forward. The workers who came during the day left the doors open and unlocked which left us feeling unsafe. We also noticed the lights constantly flickering. This stay was one of the worse stays we've ever experienced which was very unfortunate for our family vacation.”

“Although Diogo’s place was clean and 20-30 min from both Disney and Universal, it lacked the most essential amenity WiFi. They did try to fix it by sending a technician, but there was a language barrier so we weren’t able to really communicate, and the issue never got resolved. We ended up relying on our hotspots for remote work. The host was responsive during our stay, but has since stopped responding after I requested a partial refund 3 days ago. I hope air bnb can help.”

“Dirty. Linen was soiled. Pool had rusty pins and dead lizards in it. Parking was very difficult.”

“I’ve never had a worse Airbnb stay than this one filthy doesn’t even begin to describe the condition of this rental not only where the bottom of our feet black, which is seated in another review, but everything was filthy. The chairs at the dining room table were ripped apart both couches that are featured and advertised are not what are actually in the home. They are way smaller and cheaper. None of the TVs seem to work or can stay connected to the Wi-Fi. The pool was disgusting and filled with fake eyelashes, can tabs, and dirty Band-Aids in the pool. Not one single basic supply or clean enough dish that we had to go to dollar tree to get supplies. Communication was poor after this was brought to their attention. I’ve been waiting three days for a manager to get back to me. I would not stay here. There are plenty of other rentals to choose from.”

“Very dirty and dusty couches carpet barstools all had stains on them the air vent had so much dirt in dust it caused my kids to have watery eyes and runny noses A lot of bugs on the floors horrible stay don’t recommend at all there also was a few safety hazards around the house as well staples sticking out of the couch that almost hurt my kids and the stove also has a piece hanging off of it. That was very dangerous.”
