Barbara, Harmon Kaite were very responsive and understanding when dealing with the multiple problems we encountered from the evening of our move in when the hot water heater didn’t work, very dirty and required to be cleaned, to damage and neglect to furniture, windows,( I documented), broken shower, toilet, ice maker, broken Air conditioner among problems. The house didn’t meet our expectations but TCH did a superb job to make it right!!”
