The location made it easy to get everywhere, including a quick commute to the highway for work. The house had everything we needed and truly felt like home. Our daughter especially loved the upstairs TV room, it gave her a fun space of her own to play and relax. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall, I had a good stay, and the home itself was comfortable. The main issue was the cockroaches and spiders. Even after exterminators came, I continued seeing them throughout my stay. Another thing to be aware of is that you have to get out of your car to open the gate every time you enter and leave the gated community to access the house. I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, so it would have been helpful if it had been mentioned in the listing. Other than those issues, I had a good experience, and I hope they’re addressed for future guests.”

“My wife and three kids stayed at this property for five weeks. The home is spacious and location was suitable due to proximity of relatives living in Dallas. Overall stay was good, would recommend.”

“Stayed about 3 months while our home was restored — was the closest available to our house, which drove our choice more than the listing itself. The backyard is prominently featured in the listing as a beautiful grassy space — in reality it was approximately 90% mud with scattered weeds and acorns. For a pet-friendly rental, this was a significant misrepresentation. We had two dead rats in the yard — appeared to have been killed by poison. This is a serious safety concern for pets, as secondary poisoning is a real risk. Pet-friendly properties should use alternatives that don’t endanger animals. The back fence had boulders used to block gaps. Inside, basic maintenance items required chasing down the host — missing curtain rod, an unreliable garbage disposal, also an unsafe electrical outlet, overflowing gutters. We understand a pet-friendly home sees more wear — but dirty walls and carpet well past replacing were surprising at this price point. On the plus side they were responsive.”
