“They cancelled my original booking two days prior. They tried to rebook me at a hotel room instead of condo. They tried to take comms of Airbnb. They then moved me to another resort not managed by them when I told them I wanted to keep comms on Airbnb. They said I wouldn't have to pay anything other than what I already paid on Airbnb, but resort charged me an extra $95 in addition to what I already paid. Now I'm short on my budget and don't know if/when I will get my $95 back. Terrible experience.”

“Canceled us 36 hrs before stay. Reserved us at an option they offered. Checking out at new place and they had charges $150 more. After noticing it was reduced to about $20 more. If I had just left and not checked at the desk, I might have never caught all the additional charges.”

“Our reservation at a condo was cancelled 2 days prior to arrival for no apparent reason. We were given hotels as an alternate place to stay, so we were not able to cook for ourselves or bring our pet.”
