“Had to wash pillowcases and sheets / they smelled not well cleaned flower seeds on floor clothes left behind and in drawers along with a baggie of that looked like some sort of drugs no washcloths no kitchen towels limited plates, towels and toilet paper not well stocked cigarette burns on shower curtain receipt found from early may under nightstand overall, not very well clean floors as well”

“This was a long term stay for us. The first location we booked was a completely different house than was shown, and had a A LOT of damage. They gave me a 2nd option. All towels were gross & dirty (4 TOTAL towels for a 4 bedroom house) had no toiletries at all, however they did order those for me. So while being here I had to buy my own towels, cups, some cooking utensils. What is here is very limited for a long term stay. When I went to extend, they were going to raise the cost by over 1,000 dollars a month… because this house had one more bedroom than the original booking. I did end up extending outside of Airbnb for convenience and that was the only way they would keep the price the same. I also had to get a new mailbox key cut, which I paid for, and the dryer hasn’t worked for the last 3 weeks which I had to call and set up. I would NOT recommend Second Home Hosting as you can tell they do not take pride in their business.”
