“The location and setting were perfect for what we had planned. However, we ran into a few issues we hadn't expected, especially since we just wanted to relax and enjoy our stay. For instance, the ceiling fan remotes were missing or lacked batteries. We struggled to open the main balcony door because it was incredibly stiff; there was no iron as advertised; and the patio lights didn't work. The kitchen window lacked a curtain, so the sun poured in and made the room very hot. We didn't get to enjoy the pool much because there were so many wasps around. We had to deal with all these issues ourselves. We were in contact with the owner—who responded quickly—but we ended up handling most of the work.”

“I really enjoyed my week-long stay! The house was nice, the beds (ohhh the pillows) were AMAZING, and I loved having the pool. The only hiccup was that after Day 2, I wasn’t able to use the pool again. The pool guy came by while I was using it and let me know it needed some attention. Other than that, I had a great visit with an amazing view in the hills! It was a peaceful home with tree-lined privacy all around. Blake was great to communicate with, answered my questions right away, and gave me some really helpful recommendations. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!”

“Blake was a great host! Plenty of activities at the Airbnb, very attentive to detail. House was well kept, and clean. My family and I spent a lot of time in the pool, and there was a cleaner there regularly. Trash was pulled daily. I couldn’t find a complaint if I tried. Definitely recommend! 10/10”

“Staying at The Heritage Hideaway was an interesting week and a good time. While there were some minor issues with the house in terms of it not being fully set up, Blake and his team were able to deal with the situation, offering alternatives such as sending in a team to fix up the place while we were away, and dealt with any problems we had, as well as agreeing to help us to ensure that the stay was better before the week was up. While communication was a gradual process in some terms (team members were reachable almost immediately to communicate concerns but would need some time to get certain answers), I will say that for what it is worth it is a good place to stay if you like the peace and quiet and need some time away or just need the privacy in a location. I will only add that the wifi situation is not the best, taking quite a bit of time and in some cases would not work. All in all, it was a fairly quiet stay that suited the basics of what is needed, and only that.”
