Very poor management. Kitchen Poorly supplied for 16 guests One medium fry pan that sticks, no large serving bowls, one flimsy plastic spatula, no grill utensils, 2 beach towels, no toaster or blender. We were told to go get the trash containers about 1/4 mile up a gravel road/driveway for use then be sure all trash was back at the road when we left. Bad Wasp problem on boat dock area and no wasp spray We had to clean the bird poop off table and chairs in cabana to use it. Tons of spider webs on dock we had to clean. I was honest and let them know we had one more adult and two kids coming they said we were over the limit. I had to send a copy of their contract that says babies under 2 don’t count before they agreed I was correct. Warned me that my brother who was staying at a hotel nearby could only visit for a short time! The house was fantastic, beautiful location, great dock! Fire your manager!!!

It was pretty much as advertised. I just was under the impression that there was a more stocked kitchenette (missing basics like sponge and dish liquid), could have used more pillows and a better quality mattress. Also, I believe the listing said it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and there was not any. Finally, the dish and glassware should be restocked- one mug for coffee in the morning was less than ideal. Overall, good value, very clean and very easy to access/checkin.

When we arrived the door was wide open and the cleaners were still working. We had to stay outside and we arrived 45min past check-in time. Pool was dirty, microwave did not work and they never came to fix it (they were notified day 1 of of a 3 day stay). The convection oven goes in and out They remotely changed the temperature leaving the house hot. The place was run down and very dirty. Visible patched holes in walls that were caulked but not re-painted. Curb appeal - the house looks nothing like what they posted and parking was horrible. There was no mop or functional broom in the house. No mats on Cold tile and cement floors in bathrooms. Hot water took forever to heat up. Window upstairs in the sitting space would not close so house stayed full of gnats, flies, and mosquitoes. Host provided incorrect door codes and I ended up locked out after running an errand. HOA board member came to inform us of a fire just before we checked into the property. DO NOT STAY

We were in Greensboro to celebrate my daughter's graduation from NCAT. The house was very spacious and accommodated all 12 of us well. The rooms were comfortable, we loved the den area and the screened in porch. The kids loved the basketball court, yoga room, and ping-pong and pool tables. Blake was very responsive and helpful. Just to give a heads up....one of the bedrooms required us to walk through other bedrooms to gain access and another bedroom could be accessed by walking through another bedroom or by going through the garage and up a different set of stairs. Not a huge problem for us because we are a close knit family but something to be mindful of. The house came with some supplies but if you plan on doing lots of cooking, you may want to bring your own pots and pans. Overall it was a lovely place to stay, my family and I truly enjoyed our time there!

It pains me to write this review because I rarely leave negative feedback, but unfortunately this experience was extremely disappointing. Had this been my first Airbnb stay, I would likely be hesitant to use the platform again. Prior to check-in, we were informed that the house would not be ready on time, which forced us to find something to do while managing all of our luggage without a vehicle. When we finally arrived at the updated check-in time, the cleaning crew was still at the property and left immediately upon our arrival. As we did a quick walkthrough of the home, several concerns became immediately apparent: • The floors were visibly dirty • There was no broom or vacuum available •. There were no dish towels for the kitchen • Dirty laundry had been left in the laundry room • Broken furniture, damaged décor, and trash were left in the backyard • All outdoor trash bins were completely full • Dishes and silverware in the cabinets were still dirty We were also info

We stayed here out of convenience due to work. if you're only staying for a few days I guess it would be okay It was clean the bed is extremely uncomfortable The TV never works the Wi-Fi never works I reached out to the host she never got back to me when I booked another week she allowed us to book for another week but didn't offer us a discount for being there for 2 weeks even though if we had done it up front which she knew that we might extend we would have gotten closer $200 off she never responded to the situation with no Wi-Fi she never responded to the TV not probably working The cleaning staff is amazing and very friendly The residents in the building are friendly The riff Raff outside is a little annoying and the smell of marijuana in the front entryway was potent. I would not choose to stay here again.

Firstly, the quick response and willingness to be helpful and prompt was a 10/10. We visited for my nephews graduation from basic training at Fort Benning. The location was about 15 minutes to the visitors center, which was very convenient! Everything we needed was within 15 minutes of this home, which we appreciated greatly! I would like to note, upon arrival, there was a very strong odor that smelled like mold/mildew/wet furniture. We did contact the host and they said they would send someone to alleviate some of the smell, but they never came. Also, we did not have any extra blankets or access to any closets to hang up any of our coats, jackets ect. Overall, this was a good stay!! If you are visiting for events at fort benning, I recommend!

To be transparent…RENTER BEWARE!! The unit is conveniently located near the elevators, but the noises outside of the unit, in the hallways, by the laundry room, and from the other neighbors was obnoxious. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from both sides and above you. The fire alarms went off twice in the late evening…. Needless to say it was horrible. It was freezing cold outside. Speaking of the elevators maybe one out of the three worked 40 percent of the time. Parking according to the listing is supposed to be part of the rental but it turned out to be a nightmare. My rental car was towed wrongfully and the host did not reimburse me although she promised to do so. She became unresponsive so I had to escalate the issue to Airbnb to receive my money back. From the time I check in to the check out I was absolutely disgusted with the host and services. I had the opportunity to speak to a couple of other renters w/Blake and we basically share the same frustrations.

First, i want to be clear. I only stay at Airbnb's when I travel and do not mind paying $1K+ a night as needed. Additionally, this is the first time I had to write a bad review. Issues: 1) horrible response and communicaiton, 2) bedroom fan not funtioning properly and remote dead. 3)Air filter looks like it has not been changed in 2 years, 3) master shower poor drainage 4) kitchen sink slight odor. 5) never could find the light to turn the back yard on at night. 6) no toaster, 7) no q-tips. 8) they do have a foosball table, cool but it's broke, the ball never came out after scoring so we had stop playing. These guys had an opportunity to make it right and refused to, so i want to share my experience with you all so you don't make the same mistake I did. Lastly, we have our own airbnb properly and when there is an issue with anything we send our handyman to go take care of any issue along with ordering food. We didn't waste anyone's time determining "how to make it right"!!!!

Only a few complaints, bedding/covers were dirty with hair strands in two of the beds! Lumpy mattress in master bedroom, showers curtains need replacing, also hair in tub and on floor! Broken barstool, countertop sticky. 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry pods? Parking was a pain! Required to vacuum sand off floor, impossible, driveway is nothing but sand! Decor was a little much and/or outdated! A few good pointers…pizza place next door, food was delicious! Ice cream place a few blocks away…perfect! Located across from beach awesome! Place was ok for a weekend getaway but not fit for my crew for a longer stay!
