“The value of this home is in the lake access. We owned a house in Whitney for 15 yr and there are few places with better access. If you own a boat, you can safely leave it in the cove, come up for lunch, then go back out. Or you can leave your boat overnight. overnight. If you just want to swim in the cove, there’s an easy in and out of the water. The pathway down is a paved sidewalk and stairs. Excellent! The home has a strange floor plan. No en-suites. But it’s clean, beds are comfortable, the ac works well. Plenty of indoor towels. Newish appliances. Everything functions as it should. Parking is generous. We had the max - 6 adults and 2 children under 10. I would try much more than that. But we all had beds and a place at the table. We grilled out and everything worked well. Bring your own beach towels and floats”
