Stay Texas in Kerrville, Texas

“Due to life threatening flooding and town evacuation we could not stay at this air bnb. We tried communicating with host about this issue and were told basically to deal with it. After booking a different air bnb and fighting with the host all weekend they tried to offer us to reschedule, that doesn’t help when you’re already stuck in Texas. I would not advise you book with Them, they could care less about your families safety and more about money. Now my family is out $1500 which will make bills more difficult. We will be contacting a lawyer.”

“Great Stay all one level and spacious garage where we stored our e-bikes. Loved biking at the park! Beautiful along the water. Very nice patio out back with a fan for hot weather and nice gas grill. Had a great stay with my senior parents and brought my little doggy. Nice that the backyard was completely fenced in and she could sniff to her hearts content! We drive all over hill country and this was well located. My local relatives were able to come over to visit in the evenings and plenty of room.”

“Great place. Plenty of room for 4 guys. We had a small issue with the wifi but we reached out well into the evening of our first night and they responded and resolved quickly. Plenty of restaurants and and HEB within 10 min. We already talked about booking this exact house again if it's available next time we are in Kerrville.”

“Upon arrival: -Firepit on front patio was completely rusted out and would have been dangerous to light. Trash and leaves plust roofing nails, dental floss pick, beer bottle caps and a Q-tip were there to greet us. Cushions were deteriorated until no one would ever sit on them. -Backyard was disgusting. Tall weeks, no grass, children's play equipment rotting and torn by weather. Would be dangerous for children. Leaves and debris all over patio. Grill was filthy. Rat traps and discarded building materials littered around the yard. Light over the grill was inop. Washer and dryer in the filthy garage need to be leveled so they do not "walk around" when operated. Dryer vent is not connected and a dirty sock, a cockroach and leaves were next to vent. Call me for more detail and pictures. Should not be listed by Airbnb.”
