“Great little place that is quiet and peaceful. We love the location and our time at the house.”

“Overall, we had a good stay and felt the price was fair for what we received. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy the area, and the home was mostly clean upon arrival. There were a few things that could be improved. The living room couches had several noticeable stains, and the curtains in the living area had some tears. The listing included kayaks, but unfortunately two of the three had broken seats that wouldn’t latch, making them difficult to use. One of the bedroom TVs also wasn’t functional because the remote didn’t work, and the older TV setup was difficult to navigate. If you plan on cooking, be aware that the kitchen is very minimally stocked—there weren’t even basic seasonings like salt and pepper. We also didn’t realize the dock was a floating dock until we arrived, so that’s something future guests may want to know. Overall, despite a few maintenance and convenience issues, we still enjoyed our stay and felt it was a reasonable value for the price”

“We had a wonderful weekend in this peaceful little log cabin. The view from the backyard view is beautiful , the porch is lovely, the cabin itself is very comfortable and is well equipped , the area has a lot to offer . River walks / cycling hilly roads / wineries / river swim”

“Loved this cute farmhouse! Plenty of room to spread out and so convenient to everything in Kerrville. Everything was very clean and as described. We loved having coffee and wine on the porch”
