“Our host was super responsive and answered any questions we had. The spot was super clean. Everything matched to the pictures! Over all experience to this place and our host 10/10 would definitely stay again!!”

“NOT worth it. The photos are either AI or taken of a different unit. There's several things in the photos that are not in the unit including, furniture, blankets, pillows, plants, candles, bath tray, and decor. It's a bare bones unit. Their chat was either multiple people or an AI bot responding with canned answers. They asked the same questions several times and after letting them know I reached out to support they still sent several "hope you enjoyed your stay! Let us know if there's anything we can help you with" type messages. I asked the host for some items, expecting them to arrive the next day, but instead they sent a delivery to the wrong door at 1:15am which I had to go find. To top it all off, the water pressure in the shower felt like a pressure wash and got water all throughout the bathroom. There was no bath mat or extra towels to clean it up. The shower would not turn fully off and continuously dripped. Also should note that the pool only went to 3ft deep.”

“Our five-night stay was unacceptable. Check-in was at 4 PM, but at 4:30 PM the unit was still being cleaned, leaving us outside in 100°F+ Texas heat with little help from the hosts. At 6:49 PM, we were told it was ready, but it was still dirty. We found debris and crumbs on the floors, stained bedding, dirty counters and furniture, wall marks, and a strong chemical odor. There were also a leaking faucet, flickering lights, extremely harsh shower pressure, greasy balcony chairs, and bee/wasp nests outside. We documented everything and reported it to Airbnb Support, yet several issues remained unresolved. We even had to find the cleaner ourselves to address some problems. The hosts showed very little urgency or concern. A $50 meal voucher did not make up for the experience. We felt our comfort and safety were not taken seriously. The listing also did not match our experience of the community and amenities. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property. 1 star.”
