I should have heeded the review warnings. I thought, surely they've improved and made corrections. boy was I wrong and regret it. Upon my late arrival after a 12 hr roadtrip, I was greeted to a beeping smoke alarm. The ceilings are 10 ft tall and unreachable without a ladder. I messaged the host and did get an early response by 8:30 AM the next morning. Never mind the terrible night of no sleep from the incessant beeping in the bedroom hallway. The host replied they would get that immediately taken care of so I've left for graduation events and attended a Gaurdians baseball game that evening. Upon returning around 10:30 PM, I learned it had not been fixed after a full day. Que a dozen messages with the "not local" host. I had to check out early and go to a hotel room of a family member to sleep on the floor. The towels were old, crusty and seem like they were purchased from a yard sale. The living room rug was heavily stained and stinks. The dirt is piled high under everything.

I want to formally express my disappointment with the condition of the Airbnb and the lack of follow-through during my stay. First, the bathroom had a significant mold issue, which was both unpleasant and concerning from a health standpoint. There were no hangers available, and only one used roll of toilet paper was provided for a four-day stay. I contacted hosts about these issues immediately after check-in and was repeatedly told that “the team was on it.” However, four days later, no one arrived, none of the concerns were addressed, and no updates were provided. What is most frustrating is not only the condition of the property, but the complete lack of action and communication after these problems were reported. Basic necessities and timely responses are reasonable expectations for any guest stay. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, preparation, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what was advertised

My original booking was canceled 2 weeks before my scheduled dates. My original place was double booked by the host. When we arrived, the towels and sheets were "clean" but nothing else was done. It smelled like mold. The bathroom and kitchen had no hand soap. There was no dish soap even though the hosts demand clean dishes in their check-out instructions. And there was no toilet paper for 2 days! The hair dryer was also broken. When we asked for refills of the amenities, the hosts said they would schedule a delivery to be dropped off. Over 24 hours and we got nothing. We had to spend nearly $100 out of pocket to get them delivered. They claim that they will reimburse us, but they refuse to update us. They also overcharged the pet fee by over $100 and refuse to refund the amount. They charged $50/pet per night which is INACCURATE ADVERTISEMENT. Customer support is unhelpful and unresponsive. It has been 2 weeks with no refund or even an UPDATE! DO NOT BOOK WITH CASAVANAA!

Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the bed appeared unclean and not properly prepared. Towels were left wet inside the dryer, basic essentials like bath tissue were missing, and the bathroom trash can did not even have a cover. The shampoo/body wash dispensers were also nearly empty. Additionally, while we were away, someone entered the apartment to change the bedding without informing us beforehand, even though our personal belongings were inside. That made us uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness, communication, and preparedness of the property did not meet expectations, especially for a family stay.

Pest control was not addressed during my stay My door lock being broken for 2 days left me worried and belongings obviously unsafe. They will sound professional and are slow to assist as I lived with bugs for 5 day stay! Door unlocked for 2 days! with no indication of refund ....was not clear on my lockbox I secured fob early morning checkout and they still wanted photos and I explained my photo storage was full they were considerate on many levels! I do not recommend.

Interior: Listing looked nice but misleading—likely AI-enhanced. Issues: holes, chipped paint, dirty dishes + dirty sponge, no WiFi, HVAC failed (mini-splits not initially working and we had to clean them), bugs in beds, drooping ceiling fan blades (hazard), missing fire/CO2 detector (illegal). Exterior/Access: Sketchy area with broken-into cars and slashed tires. Gate and lockbox codes failed; we entered by following another car. Door stuck, lock unreliable. No direct emergency contact. Host gave multiple wrong codes. Noise/Safety: Loud neighbors—car work at odd hours, blasting music, Saturday party, thin walls. Also catcalled by neighbors/kids. Communication/Charges: Routed to unhelpful third party unfamiliar with property. Attempted $500 charge for nonexistent fob (removed after dispute). Overall: Unsafe, unsanitary, and unreliable access. Terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. Felt unsafe throughout entire stay and unable to relax at all.

Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! One of the worst experiences of my life. Before I arrived asked me what time I was coming so they could tell the cleaners. I get there & the place was absolutely disgusting. There were wet towels hanging in the closet. Blood on the floors. An EVICTION NOTICE for the apartment in a drawer. One used roll of toilet paper. One single sheet of a paper towel. Hair on the toilet & toilet seat. I could go on. I contacted them & told them I wasn’t trying to be rude but the place was not cleaned. They then told me I could wait outside in the hot Texas sun (it was 95 degrees) while I wait for the cleaners to finish. I told them I wasn’t comfortable doing that & had to go park down the street for an hour. I come back & the only thing they did was fold the Wet towels. they could have the cleaners com back & me leave again. At this point it was 7:30pm. toilet was broken they said they would send someone no one came. The kitchen sink was clogged. I could go on & on.

Very disappointing stay. The unit was not clean—dirty towel in the shower, soap on the walls, and lots of dust throughout. No pots or pans were provided, and the furniture was minimal with a very small couch. Check-in instructions were unclear, and we struggled to get in around 11 PM, only to be switched to another unit last minute. We also requested a 30-minute late checkout and were denied. The space felt extremely cramped, no balcony as expected, and the hallways smelled bad. Would not recommend. And be prepared for 20 messages with rules and instructions that still don’t have the details needed for an easy check in

This place was terrible, never seen anything worse. The apartment itself has great potential but the place looks like it has never been cleaned. Since the host is an actual company, it seems that the company has been getting ripped off by the cleaners aka cleaning crew or company because this just doesn’t make sense. How can you expect to host people at such a dusty, dirty and smelly place. Something just doesn’t add up! If they restructure the operating system for this apartment itself would be a gem, the perfect spot to stay!

This place is not worth it. Dirty upon arrival. Smoke detector beeping the entire time. Not enough towels for guests listed on reservations. Hair and dirt/dust all over the place. Clearly wasn’t cleaned before we checked in. Also the shower/tub backed up if you took a shower (even if it was quick!) and with five guests, some of us had to stand in another person’s filth water. Host said they would help and they did not. Don’t stay here.
