“The house was very comfortable, with great location in town. We asked at booking if the hot tub worked. It was definitely a general response not even answering the question. At check of course we couldn’t figure out to turn on the hot tub and the porch was not lit. We tried to contact house owners with no response. Finally midday of our second day of three the owner called had no idea how to turn it on. They said someone would call us and be out to fix it. No calls no communication. Disappointed”
