“The house was incredible. The landscaping is gorgeous and having the canal to fish in every night was so convenient! The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the amount of mosquitoes. Definitely recommend bringing multiple cans of bug spray and quite a few citronella candles. Aside from that I would definitely recommend this place!”

“Overall the stay was great. It's a new home with all the amenities. A note about Jamaica Beach - it's public and cars can drive on the beach. I loved the beachfront location but I wasn't aware of this when I booked so in the morning when cars were lined up in front of our house with their beach set ups I was a bit disappointed. Still, nice to be able to walk right down so I would stake your claim early! Also, a primary reason we booked was to have access to the pool/spa. It was very green and dirty so the kids didn't want to get in. We messaged the team all weekend to come treat it but no one ever came by. We ended up finding a chlorine kit in the pantry and took the liberty of using it by looking up instructions on chatGPT but not sure it helped much. If the pool/spa had been clean I would say this would be a 5 star rating.”
