“Our family was comfortable in the home and enjoyed the pool. It is in a good location with an easy drive to the beach. Property is very minimally stocked. Only one trash bag, one paper towel, no seasoning, no toaster, etc. When we arrived the door code was malfunctioning and we were advised to use the key in the key box for the remainder of our stay. The gate opener stopped working at some point as well. When we called the management company to resolve an issue, we were routed to customer support and had a different representative each time.”

“This was okay place to stay. The pool is a public pool that was not open. You couldn’t really walk to the beach. Beds were hard and the front door was broken. The drain in the master bath did not drain well. They only give you dish soap trash bags and everything else for the first 24 hours. For all the rules, there were mouse droppings in cabinets and drawers.”

“Had a wonderful time with my grandsons. They fished all weekend on the canal. Evenings were great as this side of the canal got the shade. Accommodations were clean & attractive. Great kitchen.”

“AC wasn’t working. We were hot for a few hours. AC stop working the early morning before we left. Missing trash bags. Missing a lot of miscellaneous for cooking such as larger size pot.”
