“Seaside Serenity was a great peaceful place.The home overall was good.The home was free of clutter and very well stocked. Just note that they do charge $100 fee per pet which isn't listed in house rules.They do state there's a fee but not the exact amount. Also, the yard isn't fully fenced. Another thing to note is that there's only one full bathroom. Overall the stay was pleasant.”

“The location was very easy to find and extremely nice to have a private walk way to the beach. Although initially there was some inside water issues, Porter VRM was responsive and acted quickly/in a timely manner. I think for future guests, it would be helpful to have better instructions on how to lock the door (hurricane proof doors), as some people may not know how to use if not from around the area. Overall wonderful place and would book again!”

“The house was gorgeous, and the furniture was all very comfortable. The elevator was a major bonus, as was the hot tub. The scenery was very nice, right on the beach, and the walkover was nice. Unfortunately, it’s a beach that anyone can drive on, and that means that, at all hours of the day and night, people drive right on the beach. 2 nights in a row poachers set up shop for hours doing deep sea drone fishing. Nothing that the owner can control, but it was a bummer that for the price and in late October there was so much beach traffic. I don’t think I’d like to stay in the summer, but we’d definitely consider staying again, especially now that we know about the beach. My fault for not doing the research on the beach itself. Porter was also super cool, like he let us check out 30 mins late and he was so nice and laid back about it. High end appliances in the kitchen were nice. So overall a super fabulous location and we loved all the extra touches. Just wish the location was car-free”
