This home was a good stay for a large family of five. The pool being indoor was an added benefit. The pool pump wasn't running but it was addressed after a few days of communication. The water is COLD, we loved it! We enjoy having a cool home but the AC did struggle to meet setpoint and would not go below 73 degrees until early morning when the outdoor temp was cooler. There are no fans located in any of the rooms so we were all hot. Now if you like warmer temperatures then its for you, however our personal preference leans more on the cooler side. No locks on the master bedroom so be aware if you are traveling with kids. The light in the pool couldnt be shut off which impacted us from sleeping due to the light hue through the master window. Overall the place was very roomy and had nice fixtures and looked good but there are also some maintenance items that counteracts how it shows in the pictures. Overall we would stay here again as the pricing is suitable.

Great for work crews, as can tell by some of the posted signs. Felt a little less homey for families , but was a good weekend. Could of used some basic kitchen stuff for cooking (seasonings, foil), but we had no problem.

We booked this Airbnb for Father’s Day weekend and paid over $1,200, but it turned into a complete nightmare. When we arrived, the house was extremely hot and the A/C didn’t work. The rental company claimed it had never been an issue, but there were A/C parts laying around outside. Someone came to repair it, but we still had to stay outside until almost 11 PM because the house was too hot. The home was also infested with ants and roaches. Bugs got into our food, and later that night I found my kids’ bed covered in them. When I contacted the host, their solution was to tell me there was Raid under the sink. As if that wasn’t enough, we lost power in half the house. Another repair person came out but couldn’t fully fix the issue, leaving us without full power in a hot, bug-infested home. What was supposed to be a special Father’s Day weekend was ruined. After all of this, Airbnb offered only a $354 refund on a $1,200 stay. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.
