German roaches inside Workers tore up the whole front lawn on the first day and left us without running water Fridge and freezer crapped out, had to throw out over $400 worth of groceries and when we expressed that we wanted a refund and to leave they said no and offered a free cleaning. On top of all of that when we wanted to extend it was almost double the original price. Then once we left the host claimed there was vomit stains on the blankets, bloody towels, and evidence of smoking? We cleaned EVERYTHING even though we already pre paid a $300 cleaning bill, and they tried to send me a $1,400 bill through Air BNB for “4 hours of extra cleaning”. Keep in mind we stayed there for 1 month. Overall very poor experience and the host needs to reconsider being a host all together.”

“I was naive to think “New” in title was the reason for no reviews. The very USED condition of the carpet in bedrooms, pet damaged doors and carpeting, smelly garage, cracked walls, and overall dingy appearance told a very different story than the photos and description of this place. The host did respond to messages about issues within a few hours. However, plumbing issues were noticed and reported our first morning, handyman spent 3 hours there that night, but we discovered issue was not fixed when toilet sewage started backing up in tub, then out of sewage drain pipe in front yard. This issue was reported but not fixed while we were there. Very disgusting and unsanitary.”
