Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I traveled from another state and had to wait nearly an hour outside before receiving a response regarding my reservation. Communication from the host was very slow and caused a lot of stress. The host was also very focused on monitoring the number of guests and repeatedly warned that additional charges would apply if any guest visited or stayed longer than allowed. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during my stay. In addition, there were issues with the property, including standing water outside and unpleasant odors. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

To say I am disappointed is the least. I booked this place for the pool and I made sure host knew that before hand. And it was not at all what it said it would be. Pool was green and murky and I immediately reached out upon arrival and I kept getting the runaround of “someone is going”. Projector did not work. PAC man game did not work. Just a terrible terrible trip. We ended up cutting our stay and didn’t even get a refund for the wasted time and money. So disappointing.

Once I booked I received a text message outside of the app asking for an additional 400+ deposit to be paid on another platform. I immediately text back stating this was against Airbnb policy. The person stated the outside app was an affiliate of Airbnb. I was also reminded that the stay was non refundable. So pay the fee or lose your money??? Eventually the fee was waived. The home is nice but there is no parking on the street and if you are in a vehicle larger than a car, you won’t fit in the narrow driveway to get to the garage. My son had to park at a freind house.

My first issue was the non refundable deposit that shows $39-$75 which is not true, it’s a flat $75 and I didn’t find this out until after booking. Upon arrival there was no water in the whole house, I spoke to a rude representative that informed use that maintenance would come out, which they didn’t come until the next day. We couldn’t flush toilets, bath or cook (we had to use bottles of water that we bought) when maintenance finally showed up @10am the next day, we were told that a pipe burst and that the city would have to be notified (water would not be back on). I had to call the management company over the house and explain what I was told. They didn’t want to refund me at first and after going back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me, minus the $230 cleaning fee, which was RIDICULOUS and pure GREED. We ended up staying at a hotel for the remainder of our trip. This was the WORSE experience I have ever had with an Airbnb. The location is also in a very bad area.
