“I made this reservation and handled all communication with the host. I'd like to share this experience to help future guests. The property was difficult to find, and the entrance was inconvenient. I was informed that the kitchen faucet was loose at check-in, and during the stay the washing machine stopped working. Although a technician was scheduled, no one arrived at the agreed time. After checkout, I received a substantial damage claim covering the faucet, a bedroom light fixture, the security system, and the replacement cost of the washing machine. I disagreed with several of these claims but ultimately paid a portion to resolve the matter. I appreciate the host accommodating the extension request. However, the maintenance issues and the post-stay damage claim made the overall experience much more stressful than expected.”
