“The place was beautiful. The location was gorgeous. However, for a facility that is meant to House a large group we were a little disappointed that there weren’t more items to cook with for our large family, for example, bigger pots and pans skillet, etc., as well as larger mixing bowls. One of the main reasons we rent Airbnb Holmes is so that we have the ability to cook for a large crew instead of going out to dinner and it made a little difficult to do that without adequate supplies. The house was also extremely hot when we arrived and it took a full 24 hours to cool down. I do understand that it was the hottest week that area has seen in years. However, we had a very small baby and the hot house made it hard to completely relax for a while. My suggestion would be to turn on the air at least somewhat before guest were arriving so that it was cooled down enough for them to be comfortable.”

“Awesome house. It was just disappointing when we pulled up to painters painting the property. We got to smell paint ALL day our first day. Walking into the house the walkway was sticky from the wet paint. Then on Saturday they had mowers that were getting grass on everything and we had several people allergic to cut grass. To top it off after they finished mowing they had a random lady walk around and take pictures.”

“The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to have a great visit. With the additional window a/c units, we were able to keep the house super cool. Multiple life jackets and kayaks, allowed us to ride the kayaks to Stumpy's bar. The house was very well maintained and clean. Lots of parking and plenty spaces to sleep. Recliner was my home for the weekend lol. All in all, we plan on coming back with some friends.”
