“Host was very responsive. Requested a drip coffee maker months prior to the stay and it was only provided on day 2 of our stay after I asked for it again. Annoying because I had to spend $50 to door dash coffee since no coffee maker was there for our first morning. Outside of that the house was very nice, also had very nice finishes. The furnishings however were not nice or comfortable. The beds in the home are almost intolerable. They are hard as a rock, feel like sleeping on a board. We considered changing bedrooms however every single bed in this house is the same horrible cheap mattress. I woke up with neck pain that triggered my migraine headaches. I really cannot stress enough how awful the beds are. The TVs are my other complaint, some strange google login system for the management company that had to be bypassed each time you turned the tv on. I’m unsure if this was due to the cheap TQL TVs or if it’s something the host could correct. Also not 1 extra blanket in the house.”

“The host was very friendly and readily available. There were some issues that came up which could have mattered more to other guests but we were there for 2 nights only and it was manageable. The host did tell us about the pool filter issue but it was too last minute to cancel the reservation.”
