“We didn’t receive the check in instructions and had to message the host once we arrived to get in. The host charged a separate $45 security fee to complete the booking in a separate app. There are no pantry supplies including instant coffee or coffee pods so plan to go to stores/coffee shops. The house is clean and located close to stores and shopping.”

“Decent location, and incredibly big backyard but the property felt dated and a few things just did not work. The host was responsive enough to fix some of them the next day (clogged sink, broken bed slats) but the biggest issue was that the small window AC in the game room did not work at all, and made the room virtually unusable. The host (working through a company that gathers guest opinions did give us a $100 refund as a goodwill gesture). Also, never seen a property priced at this level that had no kitchen amenities (no coffee, no tea, no sugar, nothing at all). Overall, a middling stay at best.”
