Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the bed appeared unclean and not properly prepared. Towels were left wet inside the dryer, basic essentials like bath tissue were missing, and the bathroom trash can did not even have a cover. The shampoo/body wash dispensers were also nearly empty. Additionally, while we were away, someone entered the apartment to change the bedding without informing us beforehand, even though our personal belongings were inside. That made us uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness, communication, and preparedness of the property did not meet expectations, especially for a family stay.

Upon arrival it was clear this place has not been cleaned. Dirty kitchen with food splatters around the counters and cabinets, moldy food inside the cabinets and food crumbs and stains on the stove. Bathtub still had hair watermarks and shampoo residue from previous guests. Bedroom had bedsheets that has not been changed,wish I could upload a picture of a huge wet stain that was on the bed sheets along with hair and stuff from previous guest. Floor has not been cleaned. They state they have towels but I did not find them until the day before checkout -> they were in the dryer with someone’s sock! Communication- After letting host know about all issues they offered to relocate or send a cleaner and give partial refund ($75, don't think they even give you a full day refund) she did DoorDash some supplies and new bedsheets so I cleaned their home. Cleaning lady came by same night and only did spot checks as she said. Location is good and has a good potential. Please work on it

This stay had the potential to be a 5-star experience; however, several issues impacted the overall quality. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable odor of dog urine, no clean towels were provided, and the bed did not have a comforter. Additionally, the tub/shower was not in proper working condition and required servicing during my stay. To the host’s credit, they did make efforts to resolve the situation by ordering a comforter and towels from Target. However, these items did not arrive until after 9 PM. After driving over five hours, I was extremely tired, so having to stay up late to wash these items before use was a significant inconvenience. The patio/balcony also did not match the listing photos. It appeared rusty, dusty, and not well-maintained, which was disappointing. Overall, while I appreciate the host’s attempt to address the issues, the condition of the property and the timing of the resolution made for an uncomfortable experience.

The apartment was as described. We were seeking a place with two bathrooms and this apartment has it. The apartment was clean and it was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. We only had two issues during our stay, one issue being major. 1) We were not supplied with enough wash cloths for the number of people in our party. After notifying the host, we were told that we were supplied only with the number of towels/wash cloths to match the number of individuals identified on the reservation. Apparently, the host did not know there were three adults in our party, not two. The matter was corrected a day later. 2) The bed frame in one of the rooms was broken. This caused my wife and I to have to pull the mattress off of the frame a place it on the floor to sleep. After informing the host, it took two days to correct this matter. Even after the bed frame was "put back together," the bed remained unstable.
