“This beach house made our vacation perfect. It was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and blankets. There was lots of space for our big family and the short walk to the beach was convenient with the kids. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and polite. We loved Kiki on the Beach❤️🌊”

“We had a wonderful 3-night stay with our group of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids). The house is beautiful, clean, spacious with plenty of beds, and the ocean views are amazing! We made great memories here. **Things to note for future guests:** * There are **3 full bathrooms + 1 half bath**, not 4 full bathrooms. * The kitchen has the basics but is not fully stocked, so bring anything extra you may need. * Only small pouches of toiletries were provided. For a large group and beach vacation, bring your own full-size toiletries. * The listing mentions the yellowish Freeport water, but be prepared for a **rusty smell from the showers** as well. * Only a couple of laundry detergent pods were provided, so large groups should bring extra. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!”
