“The host messaged at 7:45 AM the second day of my stay to tell me about a scheduled couch delivery, asking me to allow the moving team in upon arrival. At booking, I stated that I work virtually and see clients for mental health services, yet they did not mention the any delivery. I messaged back with my concerns about having to interrupt a client while processing trauma related issues, as well as confidentiality/HIPAA concerns, even offering to accommodate after my appointments if they could at least give me a time to adjust my schedule. The delivery time was a 4 hour window, and their offered solution was to have the maintenance person come in while I’m working, confining me to the bedroom while they moved unattended, outside the door. They agreed to make other arrangements, but while in session, the delivery team banged on the door twice and left the couch outside. It started pouring rain and I never heard back after multiple messages. The couch would be damaged so I drug it in.”

“Beautiful property, beautiful complex. The place was in excellent condition. The bed was very hard and rough to sleep on. The only downside of this property was the location. The homeless activity and the homeless community that it’s located in was surprising to me. There were loud domestic disputes outside, homeless items strewn throughout the alley. I felt safe in the house, but I would not have felt safe, walking anywhere in that neighborhood. However, I think that the price was perfect for where it was located and for what we got. In a pinch, I would definitely stay there again.”

“The fridge didn’t work, the A/C went out, there was no hair dryer and there was no water pressure in the shower. My husband fixed the shower and they worked fast to get the A/C fixed… just a really tough stay. Note you can’t park in the parking garage. We were there for an event at Dickie’s so it was convenient for that but there isn’t a whole lot to walk to other than Target. Maybe they are still just working out the kinks, the space is nice if they can get everything else to work.”
