“Place is not up to standards. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable and there were stains on the sheets. The lights also weren’t working properly and the AC didn’t work in of the rooms.”

“*We had to ask the host to cut the grass, which we didn’t appreciate since we had to pay a $200 pet deposit so they knew we had animals. The poor mini Australian Shepherd couldn't be seen among the tall grass and weeds. *Host mowed lawn the day before we left. *We requested more towels-we had 4 towels for 5 people. We never received more towels. *We did not have extra trash bags. Someone dropped by a box but we had already purchased some. *The hardware in the main bathroom wasn’t properly fastened to the walls and came out when we reached for towels. Host fixed the hand towel hardware but not the bath towel rack. *The toilet seat wobbled terribly and we couldn’t tighten it. *There was no coffee! I’ve never stayed in an air b and b without the host providing coffee for the coffee pot. *Couch had white fabric and was stained. *Stool at counter was broken. *5 bedrooms but couch held 4 people-no LR chairs. Dining room table had 2 chairs and a bench.”

“The host messaged at 7:45 AM the second day of my stay to tell me about a scheduled couch delivery, asking me to allow the moving team in upon arrival. At booking, I stated that I work virtually and see clients for mental health services, yet they did not mention the any delivery. I messaged back with my concerns about having to interrupt a client while processing trauma related issues, as well as confidentiality/HIPAA concerns, even offering to accommodate after my appointments if they could at least give me a time to adjust my schedule. The delivery time was a 4 hour window, and their offered solution was to have the maintenance person come in while I’m working, confining me to the bedroom while they moved unattended, outside the door. They agreed to make other arrangements, but while in session, the delivery team banged on the door twice and left the couch outside. It started pouring rain and I never heard back after multiple messages. The couch would be damaged so I drug it in.”

“Unfortunately, from the moment we opened the door, our experience was terrible. I can't even describe the foul odor in the place—and of the bedspreads on both beds. We also had to deal with the fire alarm going off constantly. But what ultimately convinced us that we definitely didn't want to stay there was the fact that the kitchen wasn't working; the plumbing was broken under the sink and water was leaking when we tried to used it. Being able to use the kitchen was extremely important to us. On top of everything else, we saw cockroaches in both the kitchen and the bathroom. To top it all off, they didn't provide the basic cleaning supplies or toiletries necessary for a comfortable stay—just liquid soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, two towels per bathroom, and some old pots and utensils in the kitchen. Furthermore, communication with the hosts wasn't exactly the best. In the end, we only stayed for one night—since we didn't arrive until around 10:30 PM, and unfairly paid 30% of it :(”

“I stayed for over a month and in that time the ceiling started to leak i i.formed them immediately and the issue was never fixed please think about this before you book with them as ot is extremely hot and already feels like summer here”

“COCKROACHES! Black mould. Leaking sink, dust and bugs. Mould build up in fans, spiders all over the furniture. The place is not cleaned properly and has plumbing issues. DO NOT STAY HERE! I have plenty of reviews on my profile and I’m very forgiving, but the owner dismissed me when I asked for a refund for these issues and even sarcastically minimized the finding of cockroaches. Terrible host and airbnb”

“I did have a good stay here are the issues I did have garbage disposal was broken upon arrival was fixed upon request i did inform them I would be having a long stay originally paid for three weeks and before the day of my check out I checked and dates were still avaliable for me to extend at around 11-12 at night is revive a message from them which i almost missed because I was asleep that it had been reserved and I had to leave the next day even though they told me at first I had until the next day 8 am to rebook which I had no problem doing I told them that I was pregnant and it was hard for me to move so if I could have help with my luggage they did tell me that someone could help did not receive that also for a long stay as they advertise they do no restock not even on paper towel but I also did not ask for anything so maybe they would have had I asked besides that it was a decent stay but the communication withthem is extremely inconsiderate in my opinion”

“Our stay was hindered by us being locked out of a bedroom from the living area, and no key was on site resulting in us needing to sleep on the floor. They came to replace the door knob the next day, which was great but having no key on site was not great for the night of the lockout. Only one trash bags or paper towel rolls were provided for a week long stay. Cockroaches were everywhere throughout the stay. The water filter on the fridge was red/ unclean. I could tell I was not reaching a person, but probably AI when I encountered issues. Overall very unsatisfying stay and communication with host.”

“I had a very bad experience at this Airbnb. It was not the owners fault that I arrive late but checking instructions were not accurate. They had changed. I was out in the parking lot at 2 AM and the landlord did text me but would not call I could not understand his instructions on trying to get to the unit. The map made no sense until you become familiar with the layout of the property. The coffee creamer was expired since 2023. There was two huge salt containers with the coffee. The generic coffee pods were so old that the coffee did not even come out brown. The carpet was disgustingly gross I couldn’t not walk in the apartment without shoes on fashion Square was very close by and walkable as well as restaurants, grocery stores or even a convenience store. We’re not close by. I would’ve rather stayed at a motel six than this place.”

“I do NOT recommend! Upon arrival, the sleeping arrangement was not as advertised. The listing showed a bed on a frame with a headboard; however, the mattress was placed directly on the floor. This condition was unacceptable, particularly given our age, as sleeping on the floor was not a viable or safe option for us. I immediately contacted the property owner to address the issue. Rather than offering a refund, the owner proposed delivering a bed frame one to two days later. This solution was not acceptable, as we required appropriate accommodations at the time of arrival. The owner ultimately refused to issue a refund. Due to the unresolved nature of the issue, I contacted Airbnb support to report the discrepancy. After reviewing the situation, Airbnb determined the listing did not match the advertised conditions and issued a full refund. I appreciate Airbnb’s assistance in resolving this matter.”
