“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that were disappointing. The biggest issue was that the listing photos did not accurately reflect the unit we stayed in. The kitchen appeared much more updated in the photos, with stainless steel appliances, but the actual unit had black appliances and a different layout. While there’s nothing wrong with black appliances, the photos made the space look significantly nicer and more renovated than it was. The listing also made it appear that the patio was on the ground floor, when the unit we stayed in was actually on the second floor. It would be helpful if this was clarified in the listing to better set guest expectations. Additionally, we requested a vacuum and were told one would be brought the next day, but we never received it and did not hear any further updates. The unit was still functional and served its purpose, but I believe the listing photos and description should be updated to more accurately represent the property”
