“Perfect placement in the woodlands! Great place to stay”

“The woodlands was very peaceful. The gym was great. It was nice and quiet. I could have used a baking sheet at onepoints. There was a love bug insect hatch when I was there, plus extreme heat. The pool is a difficult thing to keep pristine but not a bad place to focus on. A few times I wanted to get a net to clean for the pool and I couldn't find one, but that is not meant to be critical per se, just something to note The place was great, very removed from Houston city center, and people were very friendly and exactly what I wanted.”

“Not very comfortable about the treatment I received by phone. Manager was getting upset just because I couldn’t open the gate. He answered with a disrespectful tone and all my family listened over the CarPlay. First we got instructions to stay at building 5 which is closer to Pool. Then i request an early check-in (which they answered me that I could happen) but i never got an answer that I could early check in which’s it’s understandable until we got to the property @4pm and still not instructions to enter the gates and apartment. It was until 430pm that they said “housekeeping is done”. Had to wait with all my luggage and with all my family on car, and my pregnant wife needing urgently to go to the bathroom. I like the property but instructions given by manager were not given with time ahead nor being polite enough like I was BEGGING for staying here, I’m paying”

“Overall the stay was great ! I was in the area for a work trip and the area had all amenities required to live comfortably for the week and access to restaurants, and easy access to the highway made the commute very easy.”

“We had a wonderful stay! We felt at home and comfortable. Very clean and well organized. We definitely recommend this apartment and will stay again in the future. Our only concern was heavy artificial fragrances. If you are sensitive like me, be aware it’s very strong. Other than this, we loved our experience! Great pool and amenities!! Walking distance to great local restaurants and attractions.”
