The apartment complex is very nice very close to the pool. The pool appear to be clean and quiet. The apartment was neat but not clean when we arrive. The kitchen had enough supplies to clean, serve meals and cook. There was enough towels and bedding. It smelled of other dog and was not completely finished being clean by the housekeeper. The housekeeper returned about 8 PM after our check in of 4 PM to finish. We requested that she returned the next day because of the late hour and our travel for the day. She did return and finish cleaning the apartment the apartment also had dirty return vents which appeared to have not been clean in months, the bathroom was not clean and had insects called silverfish. We have multiple problems getting into the door with the code. The door kept jamming each time we leave and come back. The bed I used was not comfortable at all. When you lay down, it will sink in. The team was very nice and responsive.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The host was amazing! The pool was amazing! The neighborhood felt safe and secure!

Very poor condition. Living room furnishings are grim, carpet badly stained. One mattress in such poor condition that the bed could not be used.  Two hand towels for an apartment that supposedly accommodated 6 people, 0 washcloths, no bath mat in second bathroom.  No garage fob. Incorrect wireless address and password.  No remote for the television in the main living area. No pool view. No water supply Wednesday night - Thursday evening.  Called at 6:45 and 7:15 am, response at 9:39; they were not aware of a problem. Told by property manager that the entire building was out at noon.  Called at 3:28 pm for an update, asked for bottled water, hand towels. No response except to say that they didn’t know what was happening. I got a call back in a few minutes saying they would check; again the water was still out and they weren't sure what was happening.  Asked at 4:45 to move and told no. Water came on at 5 pm, again no communication.   I would not recommend ANYONE stay in this apartment.
