“Enjoyed the stay. Was a very nice place”

“Very poor condition. Living room furnishings are grim, carpet badly stained. One mattress in such poor condition that the bed could not be used.  Two hand towels for an apartment that supposedly accommodated 6 people, 0 washcloths, no bath mat in second bathroom.  No garage fob. Incorrect wireless address and password.  No remote for the television in the main living area. No pool view. No water supply Wednesday night - Thursday evening.  Called at 6:45 and 7:15 am, response at 9:39; they were not aware of a problem. Told by property manager that the entire building was out at noon.  Called at 3:28 pm for an update, asked for bottled water, hand towels. No response except to say that they didn’t know what was happening. I got a call back in a few minutes saying they would check; again the water was still out and they weren't sure what was happening.  Asked at 4:45 to move and told no. Water came on at 5 pm, again no communication.   I would not recommend ANYONE stay in this apartment.”

“Pool is beautiful and is nice location to drive to Rice University (about 5 minutes) easily, without being right in Rice village. Apartment was small, clean, with lovely balcony.”

“One issue was in instruction it was given entry through 3A while room was in 4th floor .. we had run around entire 3 floor to get the stairs and climb one level up with all the luggage.. Looks like it was copy paste error from earlier reservation who stayed in 3rd floor.. Also the app PDK access could have been preset with all the access .. They could have asked all the email ID’s proactively before the checkin to enable it on the app.”

“Amazingly comfortable and clean. Just a few issues. First set of directions were not accurate concerning lockbox and combo. Only one key/ fob was given although directions stated another set would be in the unit. A blow dryer was listed as being available in the unit but there wasn’t one. I couldn’t find the trash bins even though I was told they were located near the elevators. The WiFi and password were not correctly listed on the directions.”

“They are slow to respond to emails and text messages. I emailed and texted at 11pm (did not expect an immediate response being so late) and no response at 10:30 am the next morning. I had to call them to get an answer.”
