“Todo muy bien solo el sábado y domingo le mandé varios mensajes para ver si podía ser el check out más tarde el domingo, ya que fuimos por un torneo de travel baseball y el Domingo jugábamos más tarde y me dejaba en visto nunca me respondió pero el domingo le escribí que ya había echo el check out a la hora que decía y rápido respondió. Todo bien pero la comunicación no es muy buena”

“Beautiful home and grounds! The kitchen was incredible. Lots of space. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with a group of 10 and it was the perfect space. The downstairs in the main house was a little odd; no full bathroom for the second bedroom. The guests in that bedroom had to use the shower in the master bedroom. Overall, would stay in this home again!”

“Very disappointing experience with Stay Local Austin. We originally booked a different house for our 12-person bachelorette because it had a pool and slept 12. After many unanswered Airbnb messages before the trip, I finally reached someone who confirmed our 3:00 p.m. early check-in. Then at 2:33 p.m., just 27 minutes before arrival, they canceled because of a pest issue. Five girls were already at the house, and the visible ant infestation made it hard to believe this wasn't discovered sooner. The replacement house (this listing) had no pool, slept only 11, and also had ants. I had to make multiple calls just to receive a partial discount and was never connected to a manager. The automated messages never mentioned that guests must haul their trash several minutes away in their own vehicle. Overall, this felt like dealing with a large, unresponsive property management company instead of a host, and experiences like this are exactly why so many people are becoming frustrated with Airbnb”
