“My family and I rented this property based on the listing, photos, and premium price. Unfortunately, what we encountered upon arrival was a property that appeared to have significant ongoing maintenance issues, poor upkeep, and conditions that did not justify the amount being charged. One of the beds was broken upon arrival and had to be repaired during our stay. The fact that maintenance was immediately sent to address the issue suggests this may have been a known problem before guests checked in. No guest should arrive at a vacation rental and discover that a bed is unusable. The property showed signs of deferred maintenance throughout. The front entry door was heavily weathered and deteriorated. The patio door frame was cracked, split, and damaged. When maintenance arrived, the repair consisted of installing a few screws into the broken frame rather than properly correcting the issue. The grill was heavily rusted and unusable, the jacuzzi was filthy. Future guests should be warned.”
