“We arrive to the apartment and found it in an uninhabitable state. Beds beds weren’t made, sheets and towels weren’t washed, the bathrooms were nasty, and the trash can was full. The apartment obviously wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. We reached out to Evonify who seems to be based in Boston and at first they said they were sending their personnel to clean. After an hour of waiting we reached out again and they tried to have us stay at a different location that was much smaller and wouldn’t be able to accommodate my family of 4. We continuously tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Despite the urgency of the matter they responded every 30-40 minutes. 3 hours later waiting for the cleaning staff they tell the only resolution would be to accept the smaller apartment. We decided to find a hotel and requested a refund yet still they contacted us the following day asking if we stayed. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Absolutely my worst Air BnB experience.”
