“It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful home. Everything was tidy and calm.”

“The only reason why we’ve got this house was because of the pool. The pool was in terrible conditions. The pool had green slime inside. The bottom of the pool is in terrible shape. They send someone to clean after our whole day of our stay and they also did a terrible job, leaving everything behind test strips all over the floor. It was a mess. Outside wall decor was falling off remote controls were missing from inside the house.”

“Everything was as listed. The entire house was clean and spotless. The beds were also very comfy but unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy them all that much. All the homes in this neighborhood are practically right next to each other so we had no choice but to listen to reggaeton and mariachi blasting through the walls all night. I understand that’s not something the property manager can control though. Just consider this is a noisy neighborhood before booking!”

“The check-in process took 2 hours. We booked the place around 2pm and after 2 hours of questioning us about every detail of our stay they charged extra hidden fee after the interview process we had to go through which was a bit extreme. It was frustrating and I almost didn’t want to stay there after the owner withheld the code from us for 2hrs after the check-in time at 4pm and we finally got the code at 7pm. I ended up complying with the rules and questioning because I was nervous that if I didn’t they would end up taking our money as it was stated no refund so just ended up staying. The place looked exactly like pictures deceiving because there were there were many bugs. My daughters had a hard time there because they are scared of everything. It was off putting, roaches were seen in the bathrooms and in the dishwasher. Also the pool was dirty especially at the bottom, you can tell there is no upkeep. Not a kid friendly pool for those who aren’t expert swimmers at it is 8ft.”
