I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay genuinely fell short on multiple levels. The most serious issue was the pest situation — bed bugs affected guests in the upstairs area, which made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. In addition, there were signs of roaches, which further added to the sense that the property was not properly maintained or cleaned. The comfort issues didn’t stop there. The downstairs bedroom had little to no effective cooling, which made resting difficult in the Texas heat. The shower area was also in poor condition, with peeling surfaces that clearly need repair. Even basic functionality was missing — the dryer was not working throughout our stay, leaving us unable to dry clothes despite repeated attempts. Overall, the property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or livability, and it significantly impacted our experience.

The experience was okay. My husband, baby and I stayed here for over a month while we waited to move into our home. When we entered the apartment we noticed that half of the window blinds were missing which gave zero privacy and a straight view into the parking lot. I messaged the host and they just said that the issue was already reported. My husband had to buy a curtain so the people in the parking lot couldn’t look inside. The place looked clean except for the bath tub that was very stained and yellow. The sheets had hair on them and small red stains. After the first night I had a stuffy nose and decided to check the air filter which looked as if it had never been changed before. My husband had to replace it. My mail was delivered to the mailbox, I messaged the host countless times for access to mailbox & they never gave it to me. Lastly, there are very few dishes. No cutting board, no can opener, no strainer. Lastly, downstairs neighbors are very loud at all times in the night.

Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! One of the worst experiences of my life. Before I arrived asked me what time I was coming so they could tell the cleaners. I get there & the place was absolutely disgusting. There were wet towels hanging in the closet. Blood on the floors. An EVICTION NOTICE for the apartment in a drawer. One used roll of toilet paper. One single sheet of a paper towel. Hair on the toilet & toilet seat. I could go on. I contacted them & told them I wasn’t trying to be rude but the place was not cleaned. They then told me I could wait outside in the hot Texas sun (it was 95 degrees) while I wait for the cleaners to finish. I told them I wasn’t comfortable doing that & had to go park down the street for an hour. I come back & the only thing they did was fold the Wet towels. they could have the cleaners com back & me leave again. At this point it was 7:30pm. toilet was broken they said they would send someone no one came. The kitchen sink was clogged. I could go on & on.

horrible experience, son had asthma attack due to bad air filter,bed fell apart 2 times,ended up having to go to hotel for 2 nights
