“So much noise!!! The place was as described, and it was pretty and good enough for any apartment, but the noise and the lack of privacy wow, you would hear every single step up and down the stairs, every step on the upper floor, every open and close of doors, every conversation, its unbelievable how thin the walls are, and how noisy the other people in the building were, AT ALL TIMES, couldn't sleep, couldn't rest, and music all day inside the building so there's no moment of peace there. Water takes long time to get hot, no light in the bathroom, anyway... Weird experience for us, wouldn't recommend. maybe it was just bad luck of bad neighbors at the moment but it was not pleasant.”

“The experience with this property is the reason why I am now skeptical of the platform. The exterior of the building was severely damaged, where the stucco is separating from the structure. The foundation is visibly warped, and once you are inside the property which is decorated beautifully, the floors are bumpy and soft in areas. Severe mold has been caulked over in the shower. In my video to Airbnb, I put a bead on the floor to show how uneven the floor is. If you don't mind the wet mold, smell getting in your hair and clothes and you're desperate, go ahead and stay there. I value my respiratory and choose not to ingest mold spores. Airbnb assured me that this place will be taken off, but it has not been removed from the platform. I spent hours in my car in the parking lot trying to find another place to go in the pouring rain. The owner was callous and non-empathetic. If it was a rental property, they would be considered slumlords. I'm legit traumatized.”

“Its cute and cozy. You do need earplugs as the walls are thin. You can hear everything. The road leading to the parking behind the building is destructive. Please be careful if you drive a low vehicle. The city definitely needs to come out. Overall a decent place in a decent location. The hosts are quite responsive.”
