“This place is an easy five stars in any season except the summer. I stayed here for about a month in the summer of 2026, and the location is excellent, the pricing is very reasonable, the pool is nice, and the host is excellent at communicating. The only issue is that the air conditioning is done through two non-central units. A wall unit covers the living room and kitchen and a separate, portable unit covers the bedroom. The bedroom unit, especially, tries it's hardest, but it's both loud and wasn't able to keep the room cool throughout the day. Twice I slept in the living room just because the bedroom was still too hot. The bathroom gets no AC and therefore gets stuffy very quickly. I'm not sure why the central AC is non-functioning, but for any day when the temperature got above 100, the AC units were really struggling. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it!”
